Use the app, or reach us directly. You don't need the app installed to make a request.

In the app
- Open Mancala Byte, in the app or at mancalabyte.com/play, and tap the Account button (the profile icon at the top of the home screen).
- Scroll down and choose Delete account.
- Confirm.
This signs you out on every device, stops further sign-in, ends your open games with friends and schedules deletion of your account records after seven days. Guest accounts can be deleted the same way.
Request deletion by email
Can't get into the app?
Email [email protected] with the subject Delete my Mancala Byte account. Write from your account email when possible, and include your username if you know it.
This opens a draft in your email app; you must send it to submit the request. We may ask for information to verify that the account is yours. Never send your password.
What happens to your data
Account deletion covers your account and sign-in records, profile, settings, game history and moves, ratings, XP and levels, daily challenge results, leaderboard entries, friend connections, invites and registered notification tokens.
In finished games with friends, your moves stay in your opponent's history so their record still adds up, but your name is replaced with "Deleted player". Usage events stay only after their link to your account is removed.
Limited records may be kept when needed for legal obligations, security or disputes. Database backups follow a 30-day retention cycle. See the Privacy Policy's retention section.
Deleting the app from your phone does not delete your account. A confirmed deletion is permanent and removes your progress.
